"Suicide List," a gripping military thriller, plunges viewers into a dark and brutal world where the line between government conspiracies and a desperate man's relentless personal revenge is erased. At the center of the story is James Ries, commander of an elite Navy SEAL squad, whose team falls into a deadly ambush during a covert operation behind enemy lines. Miraculously surviving and returning home to his family, the hero begins suffering from memory lapses and agonizing headaches as he attempts to reconstruct the true events of the tragedy. Soon he discovers that the deaths of his comrades were no tragic accident but the result of a meticulously planned betrayal at the highest levels of military command and the corporate sector. Having lost his closest people and realizing that legal means of pursuing justice are utterly futile, Ries compiles a list of those responsible and methodically and ruthlessly eliminates everyone connected to the vast conspiracy. The series impresses with stunningly choreographed tactical combat scenes, extreme realism in its depiction of firearms, and an incredibly heavy, oppressive atmosphere. This is a brutal and uncompromising story about a professional soldier who has nothing left to lose and becomes a perfect killing machine in pursuit of revenge for the betrayal and desecrated honor of his fallen brothers-in-arms.
